Apache Superset:)

On January 21, 2021, Apache’s official announced that Apache® Superset™ has become a top-level project. Apache® Superset™ is a modern big data exploration and visualization platform that allows users to build dashboards quickly and easily using a simple code-free visualization builder and the most advanced SQL editor. The project was launched on Airbnb in 2015 and entered the Apache incubator in May 2017. Apache Superset is a big data-related BI visualization tool.

Apache Superset mainly has the following functions:

  • Rich data visualization tools out of the box;
  • An easy-to-use interface for exploring and visualizing data;
  • Create and share dashboards;
  • Enterprise-level identity verification integrated with major identity verification providers;
  • A scalable, high-granularity security/authority model that allows anyone to access individual features and data sets to make complex controls;
  • A simple semantic layer allows users to define which fields should be displayed in which drop-down list, and provide users with functions such as aggregation and functional measurement;
  • Integrate with most RDBMS through SQLAlchemy;
  • Deep integration with Druid.io.

Superset is cloud-native and highly available. It is designed to be scalable to large-scale distributed environments and supports working in containers. Apache Superset supports the following multiple databases:
